Handling & Shipping

Warehouse Location:
All our instruments are stored in our warehouse in Cambridge and are in stock when you order (provided the quantity does not say 0). In rare circumstances we discover that an in-stock item has been damaged and we do not have stock (normally when quantity is 1 on the web site). In this instance you will be informed by email immediately and can opt to buy an alternative instrument, wait for new stock (an estimated delivery time will be given) or opt for a refund in full.

Shipping Methods:
We use both Courier (Next Day) and Royal Mail Special Delivery (1-2 Working Days) to deliver packages to our customers next day in the UK.

Shipping Rates:
All our rates are in-line with next day delivery costs and are based on the weight and size of the item.

Shipping Discounts:
If you order more than one item we will always endeavour to ship the items together to minimise shipping costs and pass these savings onto you.
